Are you interested in per diem, or part time work. We need people in many specialty areas. We are also interested in additional fulltime staff, and perhaps partners.
Our arrangements are flexible. Some work must be done in our offices, while other work maybe completed at our clients’ sites, and other work may be accomplished via the internet, email, fax, telephone, etcetera; what ever is required to get the job done! Compensation is based on your level of expertise and the quality and timeliness of your work.
We represent a lot of taxpayers with tax problems, such as delinquent taxes due and delinquent returns, tax related marital conflicts such as innocent spouse contests, tax audits and appeals, including Tax Court and just about any other type of tax controversy that comes up. This work often requires book keeping, accounting, investigating, negotiating, documenting evidentiary matter, administering the cases, developing payment plans, and preparing offers in compromise.
We also handle estate controversies, handle probate, administer estates, prepare estate and gift tax returns, assist clients with estate planning, appraising assets for estate and gifting plans.
Traditional accounting work such as tax return preparation, and write up work is also part of our activities.
Finally we are Registered Investment Advisors and manage investment portfolios.
Frequently, our clients live in states other than Georgia, or for some reason we must deal with the laws and taxes of other jurisdictions, so familiarity with other states is of interest. We also wish to establish business relationships with professionals who live in other states.
