Will Preparation

Everyone needs a will! If you do not have a will when you pass away, the state will write one for you. As a matter of fact, it is already written, and it may contain provisions you do not like. Even if you do not have substantial property, it is important to have a valid current will. A proper will should specify such things as who has custody of your minor children and other such familial matters not necessarily associated with assets. Studies show that only one out of ten people have a valid will. If you are one of the nine, you are leaving a terrible gap in your planning for those you love. A will should be designed to benefit your loved ones in the event that they should lose you prematurely. Contact us now about preparing a current will.

Taxpayer Representation

About one out of seven people have a tax problem of some sort. Returns may be due but not filed for one or more years. You may owe the IRS or State and do not have the money to pay them right now. Maybe payroll taxes have been withheld but not paid to the IRS. Perhaps you are facing an audit. We can represent you before the IRS so you do not have to face them personally. We can even go to Tax Court (or any other court) for you if necessary. Tax problems do not go away by themselves!
